Titan Factory Direct is hiring a highly organized, detail-focused professional to manage the administrative and financial coordination of home sales inside our Manufactured Home dealership.

The Role

You will serve as the operational backbone - ensuring every deal is complete, compliant, documented correctly, and processed efficiently.

This is a process-driven role that requires consistency, attention to detail, and strong organizational discipline.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage finance and closing documents

  • Process loan files and coordinate with lenders

  • Maintain compliant, audit-ready deal files

  • Handle billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping support

  • Schedule contractors and track timelines

  • Ensure documentation accuracy before funding

  • Support office systems and workflow organization
