Titan Factory Direct is looking for a motivated, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing department.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of digital marketing, content creation, technology, videography, and project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Digital Marketing & Website Management

• Update and manage home inventory listings on the company website
• Maintain accurate pricing, photos, descriptions, and availability
• Make website edits and assist with SEO improvements
• Help improve online visibility and lead generation efforts

Content Creation & Videography

• Assist with filming marketing content including:
  • Home walkthroughs
  • Customer testimonials
  • Promotional videos
  • Social media content
• Travel occasionally to sales centers, customer homesites, and events for content capture

Marketing Coordination

• Update and manage Apple Business, Google Business, and Bing Business profiles
• Coordinate marketing material and supply orders for retail locations
• Pick up materials or items from vendors when needed
• Assist the marketing team with campaigns, projects, and daily operations

Administrative Support

• Order and organize office supplies
• Coordinate company awards and miscellaneous operational tasks
• Support additional marketing and administrative projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with websites, SEO, or digital marketing platforms preferred
• Basic videography and video editing experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Additional Requirements

• Must complete an on-site assessment demonstrating marketing knowledge and general competency
• Must be comfortable traveling locally when needed for marketing projects

Compensation & Benefits

Starting compensation of $50,000+ based on experience
