New Home Sales Consultant

Titan Factory Direct/ Skyline-Champion Homes is seeking highly motivated, experienced sales professionals to join our sales team. Business is Booming! We are the largest publicly traded Manufactured Housing Company in the Country and we need Competitive, High Energy Winners on our Team to help us Grow!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
  • Maintaining a relationship with the manufactured housing communities
  • Working & communicating effectively with customers & team-members
  • Understanding the loan process

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work Saturday, early evenings & some holidays
  • Proven closing/negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures
  • Great listening skills & creative problem solving with the ability to find the root cause, as well as a solution
  • A proven background in prospecting
  • Proactive follow up with prospective customers
  • Previous high-end sales preferred but not necessary
  • Marketing strategies
  • Follow through with commitments
  • An ability to bring energy & enthusiasm to the work
  • Commitment to act with Integrity
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
  • Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize
  • Attention Realtors: You must be willing to place your Real Estate license in an inactive status if hired.
