Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary: The Marketing Coordinator communicates to collect assets and delegate tasks with the corporate marketing team to complete projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with company factories regarding marketing needs
  • Product Brochures (New and Updates)
  • Product Flyers, Posters and Banners for retailers
  • HR Hiring materials
  • Other marketing items as needed
  • Leverage digital asset tools to create processes to make it easy to access and share content
  • Maintain Microsoft Planner to organize projects
  • Assess projects and delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
  • Set milestone and deadline dates to keep projects on schedule
  • Adjust schedules when new projects come in for trade shows
  • Request print quotes and share with factory before ordering
  • Order print projects through company print broker and follow up till delivery
  • Refine processes and work flows to increase productivity
  • Review projects throughout development to maintain the company branding standards
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for orders, promotional print assets, etc.
  • Work with Marketing team on a variety of projects
  • Represent Marketing team in offsite company events

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excels at successfully juggling concurrent tasks and timelines
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative, and distributed work-environment
  • Accountable, result driven
  • Experience and/or passion for the home buying and ownership journey

Education and/or Experience

2-3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
