Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufactured Housing Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our financing operations, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their dream of homeownership. In this role, you will also be responsible to pre-screen all online leads and Social Media interactions. You will pre-qualify each potential customer before sending the lead on to the associated sales center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the manufactured housing finance department, including application submittal, gathering and submitting required docs, and closing loans.
• Develop and implement financing programs tailored to the needs of manufactured housing customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote financing solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on finance operations and performance metrics.
• Pre-qualify all incoming online leads, monitor and reply to all Social Media questions and comments with a focus on setting appointments for the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance management or sales management, must have been in the manufactured housing industry.
• Strong understanding of financing options and regulations specific to manufactured housing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
