Summary: Champion Homes is looking for a Financial Analyst to be part of a fast-growing company. In the Financial Analyst role, your primary areas of focus will be instrumental in supporting the Champion Corporate Finance and Treasury teams. This role will require an agile, detail-oriented individual with experience in reconciliation, reporting preparation, and accounting. Proactive problem solvers looking for vast opportunities will fit best!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Reconciliation and reporting for the Company's customer volume incentive program
• Assist with new customer setup and periodic credit quality review, including customer terms maintenance
• Regularly gather, manipulate and analyze data
• Oversees and coordinates audit activities
• Reviews, updates, and identifies ways to improve existing accounting processes.
• Run reports and organize spreadsheets using Excel and various reporting tools
• Preparing forms and forecasting reports among other reporting responsibilities

• Establish benchmarks for financial processes

• Reconciliation of statements and transactions
• Financial data entry in accounting system
• Serve as a backup to certain Corporate Treasury functions
• Handle various administrative and reporting duties
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
• Special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient Microsoft Excel modeling skills
• Understanding of basic financial data and accounting principles
• Strong multitasking capabilities
• A commitment to integrity, ethical and economical practices, and Champion's Operating Principles

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university is preferred but not required.
• 2 years of experience as a financial admin or analyst
